1. Returns & Refunds Overview
CheeMuii offers a 30-day, no-questions-asked return policy for most products purchased through our official Amazon store. If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for a full refund or replacement, provided the item meets the conditions below.
2. Eligibility for Returns
To qualify for a return:
✅ Within 30 days of delivery
✅ Unused, uninstalled, and in original packaging (with tags/labels intact)
✅ No significant damage or wear (e.g., scratches, dents, or missing parts)
Non-Returnable Items:
❌ Opened or used electrical components (e.g., lights, wiring)
❌ Custom-made or special-order parts
❌ Items damaged due to misuse or improper installation
3. How to Initiate a Return
Since Amazon is our only official sales channel, all returns must be processed through Amazon’s Returns Center:
- Go to “Your Orders” on Amazon.
- Select the CheeMuii item you wish to return.
- Choose “Return or Replace Item” and follow the prompts.
- Select a reason and preferred resolution (refund or exchange).
- Print the prepaid return label (if applicable) and ship the item back.
4. Refund Processing
- Refund Method: Original payment (Amazon will process the refund).
- Timing:
- Refunds are issued within 3-5 business days after we receive the return.
- Bank processing may take additional 2-5 business days.
- Shipping Costs:
- Free returns for defective/wrong items (we cover return shipping).
- Customer-paid returns for non-defective items (unless Amazon offers free returns).
5. Exchanges
For size/part swaps or defective items:
- Request an exchange via Amazon’s return system.
- We’ll ship the replacement once the original item is received and inspected.
6. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect:
- Contact us within 48 hours via Amazon Messages.
- Provide photos/video proof of the issue.
- We’ll arrange a free replacement or refund immediately.
7. Non-Refundable Situations
- Items returned after 30 days.
- Lost or misdelivered packages (must be reported to Amazon first).
- Purchases from unauthorized sellers (we only honor Amazon orders).
